By accessing Vlixxo or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to any policies referenced during checkout.

Vlixxo is an online retail storefront offering products sourced and fulfilled through connected commerce and supplier infrastructure. Product availability, specifications, pricing, delivery estimates, and fulfilment routes may change from time to time.

We aim to keep product information accurate, but obvious pricing, description, availability, or technical errors may be corrected. Where an order is affected by a material error, we may contact you with options including correction or cancellation where permitted by law.

You agree to provide accurate account, billing, payment, and delivery information and not to use the store for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorised activity.

Payments are processed through Shopify checkout and enabled payment providers. Order acceptance is subject to successful payment authorisation, product availability, fraud screening, and applicable legal requirements.

Intellectual property displayed on Vlixxo remains the property of its respective owner. You may not copy, reproduce, or exploit store content except as permitted by law.

These terms do not exclude or limit rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law. Policies may be updated from time to time, and the version in effect at the time of purchase will apply to that order where required.
