By accessing Vlixxo or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to any policies referenced during checkout.

Vlixxo (vlixxo.com) is operated by BrandVerse Ventures, a business registered with Nigeria's Corporate Affairs Commission under business name number BN 3485445, Ogba, Ikeja, Lagos, Nigeria. In these terms, "Vlixxo", "we" and "us" mean BrandVerse Ventures. Contact: info@vlixxo.com (orders and support) or admin@brandverseventures.com (legal and business notices).

Vlixxo is an online retail storefront offering products sourced and fulfilled through connected commerce and supplier infrastructure. Product availability, specifications, pricing, delivery estimates, and fulfilment routes may change from time to time.

We aim to keep product information accurate, but obvious pricing, description, availability, or technical errors may be corrected. Where an order is affected by a material error, we may contact you with options including correction or cancellation where permitted by law.

You agree to provide accurate account, billing, payment, and delivery information and not to use the store for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorised activity.

Payments are processed through Shopify checkout and enabled payment providers. Order acceptance is subject to successful payment authorisation, product availability, fraud screening, and applicable legal requirements.

These terms and each purchase are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. If you buy as a consumer, this does not remove the protection of mandatory consumer laws where you live. If something goes wrong, contact info@vlixxo.com first so we can try to resolve it directly.

Intellectual property displayed on Vlixxo remains the property of its respective owner. You may not copy, reproduce, or exploit store content except as permitted by law.

These terms do not exclude or limit rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law. Policies may be updated from time to time, and the version in effect at the time of purchase will apply to that order where required.
