Vlixxo serves customers in supported domestic and international destinations. Available shipping methods, charges, and delivery estimates are shown at checkout based on the delivery address, product, fulfilment location, and carrier availability.

Orders may be fulfilled from different locations or suppliers and may arrive in separate packages. Processing and transit times can vary by product and destination. Delivery estimates are estimates and are not guaranteed dates.

International orders may be subject to customs procedures, import duties, taxes, or local handling charges depending on the destination. Where these amounts are not collected at checkout, the customer may be responsible for them on arrival.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If an order is delayed, returned, or misdelivered because of incorrect address information, additional shipping costs may apply.

Tracking information will be provided when available. If a shipment appears lost, significantly delayed, or delivered incorrectly, contact Vlixxo support with your order number so we can investigate.
