- Delivery is free to every destination we serve. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay for the item; no separate delivery charge is added at checkout.
- Import duties or local taxes may apply depending on your destination, and are confirmed at checkout or by your local authority on arrival.
Returns and refunds

- Report a damaged, wrong or faulty item within 30 days of delivery.
- For most problems we refund without asking you to ship anything back. Send photos of what arrived, including the packaging.

- Report an issue with a product — wrong information, a misleading image, a safety or pricing concern
- Every product sold on Vlixxo is new unless the product page says otherwise.
